Immigration Crimes

Immigration crimes include a range of criminal activities like illegal entry into the country, providing false information to obtain immigration advantages, aiding an individual committing an immigration crime etc. The Federal Government has become more aggressive in the enforcement of United States Immigration laws and any offense could lead to serious criminal charges.

Many people do not realize the potential risk of an immigration criminal investigation until it’s too late. It is possible that one could be simply arrested and placed in a detention facility very quickly.

Insurance Fraud

Insurance fraud is when an individual knowingly tries to gain an advantage that he or she is not entitled to, which is done in an illegal manner. Insurance fraud can also be committed when an individual does not allow a benefit that someone is entitled to have. The Federal Bureau of Investigation reports that the most common schemes in the United States today are Premium Diversion, Fee Churning, Asset Diversion and Workers Compensation Fraud.  Filling a false insurance claim is considered to be a type of insurance fraud.
